LEARNFULLY was founded in 2018 by two learning and development professionals with decades of experience and a shared vision: to create learning initiatives that genuinely engage people and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes. We’ve worked across industries and sectors, from healthcare and education to corporate and not-for-profit organisations, and we know that no two workplaces, or people, are the same.
That’s why we work closely with each client to understand their goals, challenges, and culture. The result? Learning programs that not only meet objectives, but exceed expectations.
Meet Our Co-founders
Judy Little
Judy is a highly experienced learning and development specialist with a strong background in workshop facilitation, program design, leadership coaching and consulting. With over 30 years of experience in the corporate sector, she has designed and delivered programs across a wide range of topics, including effective communication, leadership, management development, change management, sales, innovation, technical training, and onboarding.
Over the past five years, Judy has worked closely with medical and nursing professionals, providing training and coaching in the areas of communicating in difficult situations and developing coaching and mentoring capability. Her work in these high-stakes environments reflects her ability to tailor learning experiences that are both practical and impactful.
Judy is known for her positive, proactive approach and her ability to quickly build trust and strong working relationships. Passionate about helping people grow, she creates engaging learning experiences that support individual development and deliver meaningful outcomes for organisations.
Christopher Cosier
With over 30 years in HR leadership roles, Christopher brings deep expertise and a passion for developing people at all levels—from front-line staff to senior leaders. He has designed and delivered impactful programs in leadership, coaching, communication, and culture change, always with a focus on practical outcomes.
A skilled facilitator and coach, Christopher thrives on creating engaging learning experiences—from workshops and conferences to tailored coaching programs. His journey began as a front-line retail manager, where he discovered the power of structured development in helping people succeed. Since then, he’s dedicated his career to unlocking potential through thoughtful learning design, real-world application, and measurable impact.
Known for his thorough approach and commitment to results, Christopher brings energy, insight, and a love of learning to every project.
