JUDY LITTLE

Judy is a learning and development specialist with extensive experience in workshop facilitation, program design and development, management and leadership coaching and consulting.

With over 30 years experience in the corporate sector, Judy has developed and implemented programs covering a wide range of topics including effective communication, leadership, management development, change management, sales & selling skills, innovation, technical and computer skills, and induction and onboarding.

She has coordinated and conducted learning events, workshops, conferences, team building activities, and training programs for both large and small groups.

Judy is a highly motivated, proactive and positive professional with the  ability to build rapport quickly and develop strong business relationships. She is passionate about helping people grow through engaging learning experiences, and her focus is always on achieving optimal outcomes for both individuals and organisations.

CHRISTOPHER COSIER

Christopher is a highly experienced HR Leader with a passion for people and leadership development. He has trained and coached front-line staff and supervisors to senior leaders over a career in HR spanning 30 years.

He has designed, facilitated and implemented a wide range of programs from management development and interpersonal communication skills, to leadership, coaching and culture change programs.

Christopher enjoys helping people learn at all levels in organisations and has hosted a wide range of learning events including communication skills workshops, corporate conferences, executive strategy workshops and individualised coaching programs.

Christopher discovered his passion for helping people grow and learn early in his career as a front-line manager in retail. He quickly learnt the satisfaction that comes from seeing someone succeed when they are trained, coached and developed in a structured manner. This insight led him to study Adult Education and to a long career helping others to be the best they can be through careful learning design, on the job implementation and performance evaluation. He leaves no stone unturned planning a learning initiative or event and loves nothing more than the challenge of a new assignment or project to help his clients get the best from the potential and performance of their people.
