Giving feedback is at the heart of good leadership, however it can also be one of the more difficult conversations you will need to have. This course is for the leader, manager or supervisor who wants to increase their skill and confidence in knowing where to start a feedback conversation, how to manage reactions and how to navigate it to achieve a positive outcome.
In this one day workshop, participants will learn how to have productive feedback conversations in situations where performance is not meeting expectations, as well as where it is meeting or exceeding expectations.
This practical workshop allows participants to experience using the feedback process in structured scenario activities to help them learn how to deliver feedback concisely, purposefully and with confidence.
